Write to support@distilligent.net about anything: a sign-in that did not arrive, an AI that will not connect, a source you want gone, a bug, a question about your data. We usually answer within two business days. Never put passwords, links or codes in an email; we will never ask for them.

The link did not arrive.
Check spam. A link works once and expires in 15 minutes; ask for a new one at mindspc.ai. The mail also carries a six-digit code you can type on the page you have open. Microsoft sign-in works too.
Your own AIConnect Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Cursor.
One address, your sign-in as the credential, the exact clicks for each AI on your Connect your AI page. If it says not connected after saving, press Connect once.
Your sourcesMail, calendar, files and apps.
Connect or disconnect any source in Settings. Disconnecting stops any further reading at once. Google's 'unverified app' notice is Google's standard notice; it is us.
Your dataSee it, release it, delete it.
Every capture shows the exact text we kept. Release any capture. Delete your account in Settings; it stays recoverable for 30 days. Write to us for a copy of your data.

Keeps what you choose from the chat sites you already use and sends it to your space. Its settings page clears everything it stores on your computer in two clicks.
BillingPlans, invoices, cancellations.
Settings shows your plan and invoices with a Manage billing button. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

Found a security or privacy problem?
Write to security@distilligent.net with enough detail for us to reproduce it. We will acknowledge it, keep you informed, and never take action against anyone who reports in good faith. We never sell your data, never show it to other users, never use it to train a model for anyone but you, and never run advertising on it.
