A polymath entrepreneur and AI architect, Izza brings 20+ years of experience building transformative technology companies. With degrees spanning sociology, psychology, marketing, and anthropology, plus fluency in 7 languages, she possesses a rare 360-degree understanding of human behavior across cultures.
What sets Izza apart is her dual mastery: she deeply understands both human complexity AND technical AI architecture. Her expertise in LLM agentic designs and AI systems, combined with her social sciences foundation, led to the breakthrough insight that AI needs to understand what matters to each person—not just process more data.
Daniel Jibouleau
Founder & CTO
A seasoned technologist with over 25 years of experience, Daniel brings deep expertise in building scalable, enterprise-grade systems. As CTO of Aina, he leads the technical implementation of AI-driven skincare and beauty recommendation engines that deliver truly personalized experiences.
With a Computer Engineering degree from Université Laval and certifications in Professional Scrum Master II and Scaled Professional Scrum, Daniel combines technical excellence with agile leadership. His decade at Bell Canada building enterprise systems, combined with his AI and Python expertise, makes him uniquely qualified to architect the infrastructure that powers living context engines at scale.
