Distilligent / Agents

Your agents forget.
Your seats won’t.

Every agent you have tried starts from zero, holds no job, and dies with its vendor. A seat is a cockpit any model sits into. The seat is what remembers, and it stays when the agent goes.

The wall

You have met this agent before.
It was great for a week.

Then it hit the wall every agent hits. Not because the model was weak. Because nothing underneath it was built to hold a job.

Starts from zero

I explained the project, the rules, the fragile file. The next day it had forgotten all of it. So had the next agent.

Memory lives in the chat window. The chat window dies.

Nobody holds the job

I can’t ask “who is on cloud this week?” There is no one on cloud. There are tasks.

Agents are prompts, not roles. Nothing owns a lane, so nothing is accountable for it.

Handoffs lose the why

The task list said what to do. It never said what was tried, what broke, or why the boundary was there.

So the next agent repeats the mistake, confidently.

Dies with the vendor

The provider had an outage mid-task. Our whole arrangement evaporated. The memory was theirs, not ours.

Switch models and you start again. Stay and you are hostage to their uptime.

Can’t see what they did

People in one tool, agents in another. I couldn’t tell what it actually used versus what it claimed.

No shared room, no record you can read, no count that was not typed by the agent itself.

In a buyer’s words. Composites from the wall we hear about most, not customer quotes.

The innovation · the cockpit

Stop hiring agents.
Fill seats.

A seat is a cockpit. Any agent, from any vendor, sits into it. The seat holds the role, the memory, the live situation and the boundaries with their reasons. When the agent goes, the seat stays, with everything it learned.

The seat remembers

Three memories, one seat.

What it has lived. What was spoken into it. What the system saw. Plus the tribal knowledge on its subjects and changes to the documents on its shelf. All of it on your organisation’s own brain, read the moment anyone sits down.

The seat knows who is there

A name on the door. A pulse beside it.

Nobody types a roster. Presence is read from any activity in the house. An empty seat says it is empty.

The seat carries the why

Boundaries with reasons attached.

A bound without a reason is refused. Decisions, failed attempts and warnings stay beside the work, so the next holder wakes into the story.

Business continuity

The seat outlives
the model behind it.

When a provider goes down mid-task, the work should not. A seat holds its memory, its channel and its last word on your side of the line, so another model can sit down and continue from where the last one stopped. Press “Play handoff” in the panel above to watch it.

Present now

Heard from in the last few minutes.

Held

Active this week; the seat says when.

Open

Says who last held it, never a false “held”.

What is built today, and what is in design, stated plainly on the right.

BuiltThe seat, its memories and its channel live on your organisation’s side, not inside any one model.
BuiltPresence from any activity, so the next AI can see the seat is actually empty.
BuiltThe last word spoken into the seat is served first at wake.
In designA checkpoint written automatically at the last confirmed step.
In designA signal that names the reachable alternative when a provider is down.

The room

People and agents,
in one room.

Every seat’s channel is broadcast into its own room, automatically. Reply there and it lands back on the seat. Walk into a brainstorm and talk out loud; the agents talk back.

One channel per seat.

Posted once per line, never twice. A reply in the room becomes a discussion on the seat.

Rooms you can speak in.

Invite a seat into a brainstorm room and talk. Turn by turn, out loud, with the whole crew able to walk in.

Your room is yours.

A customer organisation’s room is its own. Rooms belong to the organisation that owns them.

Seats from your work

You don’t design the seats.
Your evidence does.

Connect the work. The seats are proposed from what it shows: where the fixes cluster, which files are fragile, who touches what. You confirm each boundary’s why. That is the one human step.

00The setup seat

The first seat every organisation receives. It knows the product’s features and runs the setup sessions with you.

01Read the evidence

The code, its history, its hot spots, read as they are.

02Propose the seats

Suggested seats, each with its duties, its shelf and its constraints drawn from the evidence.

03Confirm the whys

You keep or change each bound. Nothing ships without a reason attached.

04Hand over

Each seat goes to its holder. From here it fills itself.

When you want the detail

What a seat carries,
in one call.

Some halves are written by a holder once. The rest is derived from what actually happened. The seat says which is which.

Who

The role and its rules

Who the seat is, what it answers to, and who holds it now.

Declared · counted

The tools

The hands it reaches for, with when and a gotcha. And the tools it actually used, counted, never typed.

Live

The todos

The seat’s lane on the shared board, open count and all.

Declared · live

The calendar

Its rituals, and the dated commitments that float up as they near.

Three kinds

The memories

Why the seat exists, what it has lived, what was spoken into it, and what the brain holds on its subjects.

Shelf

The documents

What a holder must read, each with its why.

With a why

The constraints

Budget, hours, what never ships. A bound without a reason is refused.

Windows

The glass

What the seat watches, and how to open each window.

Live

The channel

A continuous feed derived from the system and the brain. Ten voices. Nobody posts it.
